Services

There is no "perfect way" to do therapy. It is my job to create a treatment plan with you that is specific to you. I don't ever use a cookie cutter method that I apply to all of my clients. Although I utilize modalities that have manuals and certain trainings, I like to adjust the content to the problem that you present with. Our collaborative model will help you feel relaxed in the space - weather you choose in-person therapy at my Bentonville, Arkansas location or online therapy in Arkansas or Kansas.
